This Guidebook has been produced by ECMI Kosovo as part of the project “Improving the Service Delivery and Minority Rights Awareness at the Municipal and Civil Society levels”, in cooperation with, and supported by, UNICEF. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of municipal officials and civil society actors to address challenges in minority education in their municipalities, while identifying mechanisms for enhanced cooperation between these stakeholders. It is a pilot project, focussed on three municipalities: Ferizaj/Uroševac, Peja/Peć and Prizren/Prizren.
