On Friday, April 29, ECMI Kosovo reps. had a meeting with the Director of Education, Ms. Luljeta Veselaj-Guta and members of the Municipal Working Group in Prizren!

Alongside representatives from MESTI, Mr. Arian Mustafa, we advocated for the finalization of the Draft-Municipal Action Plan for preventing school dropout.

Our main focus was to advocate for endorsing the plan through Municipal Assembly procedures.

In addition, we discussed other crucial matters within the education sector in Prizren schools.

ECMI Kosovo expresses sincere appreciation to the Director and all attendees for their exceptional hospitality in hosting us at this meeting, fostering invaluable exchanges and paving the way for future endeavors.

These actions are part of the project: “Supporting continuous access and retention in public education in 15 municipalities of Kosovo”, financially supported by the European Union in Kosovo in partnership with the Unicef Kosovo Programme.
